What The Session Is About

Self-hypnosis is an incredible skill for self-care. Clinicians and emergency workers gain many benefits from the use of self-hypnosis, including releasing and processing trauma, managing stress, boosting resilience and building coping strategies and resources.

My 3R Self-Hypnosis Method can be used to relax and unwind anywhere (even a noisy helicopter or bumpy transporter) and at any time, enabling individuals to rapidly recharge, become refreshed, reduce stress and release trauma.

In addition, it’s a remarkable tool for mental rehearsal, planning and preparing for both expected situations and training for effective contingency responses.

The 3R Self-Hypnosis Method can be utilised by anyone who wishes to make more effective use of their own inner resources to help them cope more effectively in challenging situations. The skills learned can also be taught to colleagues, thus developing and supporting work teams.
