As an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic clinical hypnotist and hypnotherapy practitioner with strong hypnotherapy and NLP skills (Master Practitioner), I use a range of behavioural (habit change), cognitive (thoughts/ beliefs) and analytical (insight) hypnotherapy approaches together with:
